Ques: My client is a company having registered office is at punjab since 2018 having no GST registration in punjab and having one branch office is at Raipur CG having GST Registration but filling NIl GST returns from the last 2-3 years i:e no turnover.
Query:
Now he purchased the new property at punjab and let it out the same at montly rent of Rs 1 lacs
we want to know whether he required to take registration at punjab ?

Ans: They can bill from Raipur also and charge IGST on the same
