With reference to Voluntary Compliance Encouragement Scheme (“VCES” or “the Scheme”) it is reminded that assesses who opted for the Scheme are required to deposit requisite amount i.e. fifty percent of “tax dues” declared in Form VCES-1 latest by 31 December, 2013.

It is recommended that fifty percent of “tax dues” should be deposited irrespective of the fact whether acknowledgment in Form VCES-2 has been issued by designated authority.
