Government is dedicatedly working towards the deadline of implementation of GST in India from 1st April, 2017. For the smooth implementation of GST in India; GSTN started the Migration Process of Existing VAT Taxpayers to GSTN from 8th November, 2016 of various states. It has launched the website-“gst.gov.in” for the migration of existing assessees to GST. Now, GSTN has provided the enrolment schedule of existing taxpayers of Central Excise and Service Tax which are not registered under the VAT. The enrolment schedule of such assessees are mentioned below-
