On previous occasions the Court had asked for submission of the status report from the Central as well as the State Government as to what progress has been made by them in setting up of the GST State Tribunal at Allahabad, which is a Principal Seat of the Allahabad High Court. The report has as yet not submitted.
All the respondents pray for and are allowed two weeks’ further and no more time to submit a compliance report.
