Heard Sri A.P. Mathur, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.C.Shukla, learned Counsel for the respondents.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner was served with a show cause notice dated 21.05.2018, under Section 142(1) of the G.S.T. Act, 2017 to which the petitioner has filed a reply on 11.06.2018 but the respondent authorities are not disposing of the petitioner’s reply at all.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to pass orders on the petitioner’s reply dated 11.06.2018 in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from today.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.

A copy of this order be given to Sri R.C. Shukla, learned Counsel for the respondent within 24 hours for communication and compliance.
