Counsel present accept notice. Unrepresented respondents would be served on process fee being filed within ten days.
Counter affidavit would be filed within six weeks. Rejoinder, if any, within four weeks after counter affidavit is served.
Learned senior advocate for the petitioner submits that they would refund Rs.41.00/- to the complainant, i.e. respondent No. 5, and would be depositing Rs.15,000/- in the Consumer Welfare Fund. He states that this statement is being made in view of the small amount involved and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner. The petitioner, it is submitted, is concerned and would like that the legal issue be decided. The proceedings pursuant to order dated 25th September, 2018 may continue and even final order may be passed. However, coercive steps for recovery of demand, if any, would not be taken without permission of the Court till the next date of hearing.
