The petitioner has challenged the vires of Section 129 of CGST Act, Section 129 of U.P. GST Act, Office Order No. 278/GST/2017-18/File No. 118 dated 01.07.2017 as well as Circular No. 41/15/2018-GST dated 13.04.2018.
