Order: –

  1. Petitioner has challenged notifications both dated 25th January 2018 as at annexures A and A1 to the petition, under which the State as well as Central Government seek to levy goods and service tax on transfer of re­development rights. Case of the petitioner is that the same is ultra virus the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017.
  2. Learned counsel for the State Government sought time for filing reply. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that petition has been served on the Central Government Authorities also. An affidavit in support of service shall be filed.
  3. Stand over to 24th January, 2019.
