The CBIC vide Notification No. 55/2023-Central Tax dated 20.12.2023, has extended the due date for furnishing the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of November, 2023 till the 27th December, 2023, for the registered persons whose principal place of business is in the districts of Chennai, Tiruvallur, Chengalpattu and Kancheepuram in the state of Tamil Nadu. 

No late fees and interest will be payable by the tax payers in the said Revenue districts for filing GSTR-3B return for the month of November, 2023 up to the extended due date of 27.12.2023.
