The CBIC vide Notification No. 17/2023-Central Tax dated 27th June, 2023 has extended the due date of furnishing GST return in FORM GSTR-3B for the tax period of May, 2023 till 3oth June, 2023 for the tax payers whose principal place of business is in the districts of Kutch, Jamnagar, Morbi, Patan and Banaskantha in the state of Gujarat. 

The Notification shall be effective w.e.f. 20th June, 2023.
