Recently, Central Government has changed Forms of Appeal (Form ST-5, ST-6 and ST-7) to Appellate Tribunal i.e. CESTAT vide Notification No. 05/2013-ST dated 10th April, 2013. New Forms will be applicable w.e.f. 1st June, 2013.
